Neurodivergent founders can’t tell who’s safe, and the businesses that are can’t prove it.
So people find out the hard way… or stop trying.
They avoid the coworking space, skip the event, put off finding the accountant.
And the businesses who’d genuinely look after them just never get the chance.
IF NEURODIVERGENT PEOPLE WALK THROUGH YOUR DOOR, THIS IS FOR YOU.
The Mark is for any business where neurodivergent people work, meet, buy or belong.
→ Spaces: coworking, workplaces, venues and event spaces
→ Services: accountants, lawyers, coaches, agencies and anyone founders rely on
→ Products and tools: built for the way people actually work
You don't need to be perfect to start. You need to be willing to show your working.
GOOD FOR PEOPLE. GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

THOROUGH ENOUGH TO MEAN SOMETHING. SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR ONE PERSON TO DO.
The Brain First assessment isn't a six-month audit, and it isn't a quiz either. It takes around 3 to 4 hours per site. Do it in one go, or spread it across a few days or a couple of weeks, whatever fits your team.
1. Get started. Choose your route below and tell us who's leading it at each site. We'll pencil in your launch date straight away, so you've got something to work towards.
2. Take the assessment. Your site lead works through it against the five Brain First principles, with a walkthrough video from Amanda so they know exactly what to expect.
3. Submit your evidence. Show us what actually happens day to day. Real practice counts for more than polished policies.
4. We review it. Our team checks every submission. If anything's missing, we'll tell you what to change.
5. Get the Mark. Display it, go live on the Brain First Directory and get your digital welcome pack.
6. Launch it. Celebrate with your launch event, your team and our community.
