BRAIN FIRST exists for the people building businesses with brains that work differently.
Around one in five people is neurodivergent, and a growing number of them are founders and leaders, often because traditional work didn't fit and never tried to. They're brilliant, driven, and too often left to figure it out alone, without the support, the language or the community that would let them thrive rather than just survive.
We're here to change that. BRAIN FIRST is a movement and a community built to shift the conversation around neurodivergence in business, and to give founders and leaders the practical support they need to build better businesses on their own terms. Through our community, our events and the Brain First Mark, we're creating the infrastructure that this generation never had, so the next one is supported, not sidelined.
This is about more than inclusion. It's about making sure neurodivergent talent shapes the future of business, instead of being shaped out of it.

The BRAIN FIRST Mark is the standard for neuroinclusion in business.
Right now, businesses and spaces are doing the work. They're training their teams, rethinking how they hire, redesigning the rooms people work and gather in, all to make sure neurodivergent people feel understood and able to thrive. But there's been no simple way to show it. No shorthand for "we've done the work, and you're safe here."
So the ones getting it right look the same as the ones that aren't. And the people who need to know, the neurodivergent employee choosing where to work, the founder picking a co-working space, the customer walking through the door, are left to guess.
The Mark changes that. It's how a workplace or a space proves it's serious about neuroinclusion, and how neurodivergent people know, at a glance, that they're somewhere that gets it.

PLEDGE
According to City & Guilds 37% of managers have never had even a single hour of neurodiversity training. We are changing that. Our pledge is to place Brain First Champions in 50% of UK businesses by 2035.

5% of all Brain First Workplace revenue goes into the Brain First Foundation which supports neurodivergent entrepreneurs through mentorship, training and funding.
